This was my first visit without my new Forester Wilderness and when I drove I was met by Jamie. She got all my information both from my online appointment and additional info she needed. She told me it would take an hour and asked if I was waiting. She escorted me to the Customer waiting area, told me what was available there. Making appointments is easy, all the service reps are great, the ETA on work to be performed is pretty much spot on. I'm but I love this dealership. After getting 4 new tires at a tire center, I was told my front brakes were low and needed replacement. While my routine oil change and first tire rotation on my tires was occurring,Granite performed the mul front brakes were low and needed replacement. I appreciate the honesty, feedback, communication, and approximate millimeters estimation of the pad wear. I am lucky to have an honest service dealership. I was thinking of being greedy and not sharing my latest encounter. But I believe others have the right to honest, competent reliable service too. The constant updates via text or phone are spot on. And BTW, they wash my car when I request that service. This dealership scrubs my Weather Tec floor mats too. More
