Good morning John. We certainly don't like to see customers unhappy. If there is something we did wrong, we want to do our best to correct it. In this scenario, we need clarification on what we did wrong. You brought your vehicle to us for an Oil & Filter change service. There are no notes on the repair order stating to not replace the oil filter and you did not say anything to your service advisor. The K&N website only shows two options for engine oil filters for your vehicle. Neither are reusable and both are under $16.00 each. Your engine air filter was inspected and reinstalled.
