Great experience here buying my first ever brand new car thanks to Victor, Tyler, and Angel. I was very nervous going into this experience solo, but they were so helpful every step of the way. Within hours I had traded in my old car and was driving away in the Subaru I had been looking forward to for years! The only person I wasn't thrilled with here was the financial advisor (not sure of her official title). She offered me the extended warranty and gap insurance. I'm more of a "roll the dice" type of gal and wasn't really interested in either of these. When I said this and that I wanted to call my husband to talk it over (he's a bit more cautious with things like this), she told me, "I don't think that's a good idea because husband's just tell you not to get anything." When I came back to the office and told her that I wouldn't be getting the extended warranty and didn't want to discuss it any further she scoffed at me and said, "Is that what your husband told you to say?". I was a bit taken aback by that response. I can't speak to her marriage, but I assured her that my husband does not tell me what to say or how to live my life. I had called him to collaborate on a decision because we're partners and I respect his opinion. While I also respect her tenacity in a male driven field, I encourage her to have a little more respect towards women in general. After this experience I was a bit ticked off. Thankfully, the next step was for Angel to teach me about all the new gadgets in my car and she was wonderful! I truly don't think you'd find the same kindness and professionalism that Victor, Tyler, and Angel provided in many other car dealerships. I wrote the above review on google and I got a great response from Subaru: "Daeghan, thank you for the review and feedback and congratulations on your first ever new vehicle! We are sorry to hear your experience in Finance wasn't as pleasant. What was said is not acceptable and we will be speaking with the Finance person about this. We never want a customer to feel any pressure when doing business with us. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention as it helps us get better." I love a business that takes ownership and doesn't make excuses! More
