The service performed, oil change and tire rotation was done correctly. There is no issue with the skill of the technicians. The check in process took too long because though we bought the car there and done correctly. There is no issue with the skill of the technicians. The check in process took too long because though we bought the car there and had it serviced there prior, the service advisor could not find our car in the system. An oil change and tire rotation took more than 75 minutes. Comparable service at Valvoline takes less than 1/2 that time. The practice of having service advisors come into the waiting room to tell customers that they have discovered other issues with the car (in front of other customers) is not a service, it feels like a high pressure upsell. Finally, the price of the service is higher than at other vendors. I had a $25 gift card from Subaru and that brought the price back in range. That gift card is the reason I brought the car in. Would I recommend the dealership? Yes, for something that absolutely required Subaru trained technicians. For routine maintenance? No, there are much cheaper and more convenient alternatives. More

Someone had just turned in her car and it was a 2020 in mint condition with 30,265 miles on it. It is a limited and is perfect for us. Fozi Hader showed the car to me Friday and I brought my husband back today. We were done with the transaction in 2 hours and I drove my new car home today. Steve Augusta was terrific at explaining the financial stuff to us, guiding us through it all with patience and humor. Not once, through the entire visit Friday and Saturday, did we feel any type of pressure. It was THE BEST car purchase experience have made in several decades. AND, we got an awesome deal.
