I recently was in the market for a used car and decided to check out Granite Subaru in Hudson, NH. There was a slight technical issue with my bank that prevented me from making a purchase on a car the same day I arrived, but everybody was more than accommodating and was able to hold the car while I resolved this issue. I also would like to mention Jon Koresky from the finance department and Jackie Dempsey another sales representative. Jon assisted in establishing the financial plan regarding my car and worked to ensure I was getting the best plan according to my budget. He was very transparent about which offers/plans were not worth enrolling in and was also very patient and accommodating as I resolved the issue with my bank. Jackie had assisted me in signing up for Auto-insurance and she graciously assisted while we were on the phone with the insurance company for around 1 hour. This was my first time buying a car and I believe the entire team at Granite Subaru worked well to ensure that this was as smooth of a process as possible. I would highly recommend anybody looking for a new/used car in the Southern NH area to go to Granite Subaru, as the people I mentioned above and the rest of their team will ensure you receive the best service and walk away with a quality vehicle. I first inquired about a particular used car online and it was a pretty quick response time. I was able to get an appointment immediately. We were greeted by Chase and he was friendly and easy to work with it was a pretty quick response time. I was able to get an appointment immediately. The financing process was a little more rushed because they were getting busier, but it was easy and we got a very good rate compared with the current market. The registration process seemed very slow compared with past experiences, but it’s probably out of their control and we were out of state. We’re very happy with the car so far, but I was disappointed that it only came with one key fob, which are very expensive. I should have asked first. More

Everyone at the dealership was helpful. There was just some confusion as to when they would issue me a check. I was first old I would get it when I picked up my new car. I was supposed to meet them at the Jeep dealership to return my old vehicle and when I called to confirm our meeting time I was told that they already returned the vehicle. Then the Jeep dealership called me and said they found my car on the lot w/the keys in it and did not know how it got there. I loved that they registered the car for me, but it would have been nice if they went over the vehicle functions either when I picked up the car or when I went back for the plates. I had to go a third time to meet with someone (who was great) to go over how things worked. More

Had a very pleasant experience here and my salesman, Kordian. Although it wasn't a subaru I bought here but another car in the lot, they were still able to fix the problems.
