Service agent, Joshua Goodwin, was friendly and eager to make sure that I was looked after while my car was being serviced yesterday. He reviewed the services being conducted on my Subaru outback 2021 (oil make sure that I was looked after while my car was being serviced yesterday. He reviewed the services being conducted on my Subaru outback 2021 (oil change and tire rotation), then directed me to the waiting lounge where I could imbibe in a beverage. Once the service was completed, he explained the necessary services (new front brakes and cabin filter cleaning) needed to be completed on my car. I had the cabin filter cleaned, but opted to have the new front brakes to be installed in early December. While paying for yesterday’s service, he scheduled a follow-up service for early December. More
