Shea Patterson was a great sales rep for me when I went in and bought my car. As for the dealership everything seemed great as it labels its vehicles as “Subaru certified”, but when I got home (2 hours awa in and bought my car. As for the dealership everything seemed great as it labels its vehicles as “Subaru certified”, but when I got home (2 hours away) I looked under the hood to familiarize myself with my new car and saw that the coolant was totally empty, bone dry even. I felt lucky that on my multiple hours trip home nothing went wrong with the engine overheating as it was 80-90 degrees outside. This should have been one of the first and simplest things done when the pre-sale certification check happened. However, even though I was told touch up paint, a spare key, car owner manual and a state tax reimbursement check would be sent to me, weeks went by with no updates on anything supposedly sent, and Shea stopped responding to both my own and my mothers emails and still has since not responded. Multiple times we have called and spoken to others at the dealership so we could get a hold on these things I needed for my car, finally getting through after weeks to have a check overnighted to me so I could register my car within the legal time frame of my temp plate they gave me. I received the manual and paint days later, but now they are saying they don’t know where the spare key is and they’ll have to figure out how to make a copy for me and they’d update me, but after 3 days still have not updated me nor have they responded to emails and phone messages left. They started off strong on the day of purchase, but quickly fell flat and have made this process more difficult and frustrating than it needed to be. More

Air conditioner not working for second time. Replaced once before during warranty. The unit failed again and is a known issue. The part should have been re-warrantied.
