Making a deal to purchase a vehicle was a hassle. The loan documents were wrong and not the interest rate we agreed on. We were in your office for over 3 hours which was way too long. We recently bought a house and the paperwork was completed in one hour. It should not be so difficult to purchase a car. People involved in this loan closing should have done a better job.
