I want to thank the whole Grand Subaru team, especially Karla Gutierrez, she was very pleasurable to work with and made me feel like I was being looked after as far as getting the best possible deal. Extremely pleased with our recent purchasing experience! It took about four hours to complete the sale, including processing our trade-in, but in the end we drove away happy in our new Outback.
