I purchased my 2023 Rogue at this dealership. I have had ALL my service appoints here. Today in the mail, I received a recall notice stating my car needs immediate service for possible engine dam I have had ALL my service appoints here. Today in the mail, I received a recall notice stating my car needs immediate service for possible engine damage or potential failure! Grand Strand Nissan told me that I would I have to wait over 5 weeks to get an appointment! I SAID THAT WAS UNEXCEPTABLE. The Dealership refused any other option!!! What a horrible way to treat a loyal customer! I currently have two Rogues that I purchased and have serviced there. Mine and one for my granddaugher. I then called North Strand Nissan and was quickly given an appointment for this Wednesday! What a difference in customer service!!! More
I brought my 2020 Nissan Titan to Grand Strand Nissan for a small problem with a key fob and loss of power where you have to jump it off every few days if not driven. - I made an appt so it wouldnt take lo a small problem with a key fob and loss of power where you have to jump it off every few days if not driven. - I made an appt so it wouldnt take long. I arrived on time! - I spent four hours of waiting in the lobby to be told they have to order parts. I catch a UBER home. I get a call the following day the truck is ready. - i was told the battery and power system check out fine but key fobs were a problem with one needing a battery and the second needing to be replaced. I catch a ride and go to pick it up. - i have to get a jump start from their tech to get it cranked in their parking lot to leave because the battery is dead again. This is after paying over 500 dollars with warranty. - I am not happy. - I called for the manager the next day after cooling off. I was told I would get a call back. I explained a personal issue with telemarketers so If I didn't answer the phone leave me a message to call back. I have not received a message or call to this date. More

Service Department sucks! I have talked to the service manager on multiple occasions and he is rude and not helpful. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles here and over the last I have talked to the service manager on multiple occasions and he is rude and not helpful. I have bought 2 brand new vehicles here and over the last 2 years it’s gotten worse and worse. Took my 2020 Armada in for oil change and They dented my door on my Nissan Armada $60k vehicle and never told us. We’re picked it up when it was dark and we didn’t see it until the next morning. We took it back and they said oh the mechanic made a note to ask you if that was there , no one asked us anything. 5 days later they got it back to us fixed. We have a 2024 Nissan Altima and took it in today for an oil change and they tell us since we’re over the mileage for our oils change ( we were on vacation in Orlando at Disney for the week when it came on) our powertrain warranty is now expired! But we didn’t have a sticker put in our windshield the last oil change and they didn’t reset it in the vehicle we called the service manager and he said oh sorry I will talk to my staff so we didn’t know it was up until it popped on the actual dash and now our power train warranty is expired. This is absolutely ridiculous. They are all riude and completely unprofessional! Do not buy a car here because the service Department is horrible!!! More
Terrible service department. Don't communicate well so the customer ends up paying over double for an agreed upon service! Will take your deposit and not order your car for months on end. Then 10 months later they try to pawn a car off on you that is nothing like the one you special ordered.
