I'd rate them 6 out of 5 stars if I could! My 650i xDrive had two recent visits to the service department and I was very happy with the process and outcome of both trips. In the first one, I was experiencing a power issue with my transmission. Tom, the mechanic, took the time to hear about my concerns, asked the relevant questions, drove the car with me and put me in easy, knowing the problem would get fixed. And it was within a few short days - and at no cost to me as it was covered by the certified, pre-owned warranty. Also, just this week, I was yet again, extremely satisfied during what otherwise normally could/would be a very frustrating experience after hitting a nasty pot hole and one of my tires and wheels were badly damaged. I called BMW Roadside Assistance and had it towed to Grand Blanc and everything fixed/replaced at no cost to me (thanks to getting the wheel/rim warranty at the time of purchase)! They drove the car back down to me the next day and I'm happy as can be. I feel very lucky to be doing business with BMW Grand Blanc and could not recommend this dealership and its service team enough. More

Amazing Experience at Grand Blanc Toyota! I was stuck in an older vehicle that wasn't as reliable or cost effective as I needed. My awesome salesperson was not only able to make the whole expe I was stuck in an older vehicle that wasn't as reliable or cost effective as I needed. My awesome salesperson was not only able to make the whole experience fun and easy, but was able to get me into a vehicle that is reliable, beautiful, better on gas mileage, and I LOVE it! I wasn't sure if I would be able to lease, however Dan Myers worked hard to figure it out for me while I was running around to work and school and Jim Ray was able to help tremendously with my trade in vehicle. They made me feel like family and I am forever grateful for them getting me into a better car situation and a better car! More

Awesome Service Department I took my Mercedes Benz RV to Grand Blanc Motors because my check engine light and brake sensor light were constantly on and Victor Calendar and his c I took my Mercedes Benz RV to Grand Blanc Motors because my check engine light and brake sensor light were constantly on and Victor Calendar and his crew went above and beyond to locate the problem. They found my wiring harness had been damaged and therefore needed replacement. They did all this in a very timely and professional manner. I was only without my motorhome for a few days. The staff were very friendly and courteous and I would highly recommend them. When the work was completed they even washed the motorhome which was a blessing for me. Thank you so much for all you did!! More

Not your typical car dealership! Grand Blanc Motorcars went above and beyond to get my daughter into a car within her budget. They also worked tirelessly to help me figure out steps I can take to get out of a bad situation I face due to another dealership. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them!! More
