Poor service, unconcerned finance department, Logan finance guy gives wrong information, nobody follows up 2 cars in 2 years poor service, we had to call Mercedes Headquarters they told us all the correct info and said the GM has to do something about misinformation and if they dont Headquarters said they will get involved. They ask for high scores but zero in performance, nobody follows up once they made the sale then you are no longer important. We will not return to them for our lease turn in. Worse dealership experience ever!

While one really wants to support a local business, GB motor Cars/Mercedes Benz of Grand Blanc seems to not realize dodgy behavior causes loss of trust and clientele. As business lost before it ever arrived at the door is invisible to them, I doubt they realize it. Several year ago they lost atleast a 200k worth of sale because of poor practice/behavior. By contrast, a dealership in NY offered a great price for the same make & model, plus great customer service that I was happy to buy the vehicle there. The difference was very significant. Later, Jennifer in GB Motors service department with her excellent demeanor, professionalism and integrity, caused me to become a regular customer. Unfortunately, she left for greener pastures some time ago and things seem to have been heading south since. I have given this dealership regular business over more than a decade. So, it was disappointing when last year one of their employees (who seems to be mainly in BMW but seems to partner with his colleague in MB) attempted to pull a fast one, trying to convince me I had to get this list of expensive repairs/replacements done, or something bad could happen! Since my vehicle had been functioning very well, I declined. Calamity never struck and having it checked out at another dealership, showed all his warnings to be exaggerated nonsense. The experience made me cautious and to comparison shop. Most recently, when I took my car over for replacing a part, I was informed about needing to change the battery because they had to jump start my car a twice and, they quoted a substantial price for doing it. I would have been concerned and might have agreed, except for the fact that I have had no problems whatsoever and, the battery and its connections had been checked out less than a month ago, during a service at another dealership! It has been purring like a kitten through the coldest winter snap since then, with no battery problem whatsoever. Lessons: Honesty is not their strength. Do not take information/recommendations at face value. There are plenty of dealerships within driving distance, so double check, comparison shop and go to another when these guys act dodgy. While there are good and honest people here who provide great service including, the excellent and very courteous drivers who drop off/pickup the loaners, the 1 or 2 suspect characters have resulted in this dealership no longer being the go to' place for my vehicle.

I took my BMW 540 X DRIVE for service recently and had a dis heartning experience at this facility. I was given a service loner while my vehicle was being serviced. Matt G the BMW service manager took it upon himself to track my loaner car and tell me where I had gone in the vehicle the previous day. I was told I better have the service vehicle back by 6 pm in an uneasy aggressive tone. I was taken back by the call being that my family and I have never experienced this sub-par level of service in all of our 10+ years of dealing with RANDY WISE GRAND BLANC BMW formerly GRAND BLANC BMW. Although I appreciate the discount reduction in the service cost by the service director, Brent E....The behavior exhibited by Matt G is totally unacceptable and offensive. I hope this event sparks more customer service training for Matt G and cultural sensitivity training. BMW CUSTOMERS are not accustomed to this offensive and sub-par level of servicing. And deserve a level of service that is par excellance!!!!!!!!!!

Very helpful staff and excellent customer service. I've owned 3 BMWs over the last 10 years and refuse to take them anywhere else for service.

I purchased my 2017 Certified Camry in August 2020 from Grand Blanc Motorcars LTD. Yesterday was my second scheduled maintenance appointment. Everyone I have interacted with was very helpful and friendly. The original purchasing experience was great too. I definitely have recommended the Toyota Camry and this Dealership.

Replaced bottom driver seat and rear bottom bench seat on my 2014 GLK350 and they did a good job. Very satisfied customer. Loaner service is also a plus!
