Called Grand Blanc Motorcars for a certified pre-owned BMW X5 last week and was welcomed into the dealership. Overall the best dealership experience I've had. This was the third BMW dealer I visited and they were helpful, made me feel comfortable the whole process and I felt like they were looking out for me the whole time. The no pressure environment was great and I was offered a lower price than what they were asking for the vehicle without haggling on the price. Put my financing app in over the phone for BMW financial services and they called me three hours later with the rate (0.1% cheaper than my credit union offered) and asked when I would like to schedule pickup. Set the time and sent over the needed documents the next morning and picked up that afternoon. When I went to pick up the X5, Daniel, the financing manager surprised me with shocking news, he said after our phone call he was able to negotiate a better rate for me and discounted financing by an additional 1% (yes without me asking them to work out a better rate). Chris in sales had some of the steering wheel trim replaced so it looks brand new, something other dealers told me they couldn't even discount the cost for me to replace it on my own, and again I didn't ask for them to do this, shocked me again with how much they seemed to care. I can guarantee that my next car will be either a BMW or Mercedes just so I can have the same level of service I received this time around. Glad to see there are still some businesses that try to earn their business and develop a loyal customer base still. More
These folks epitomize the sleazy car dealer sterotype. All smiles and handshakes until the deal is done, but be prepared for broken promises, stall tactics and perhaps even outright lies afterwards. If yo All smiles and handshakes until the deal is done, but be prepared for broken promises, stall tactics and perhaps even outright lies afterwards. If you enjoy the run-around and feeling abused, if you like having no one to take your compalints to, then this may be just the dealership for you. More

I recently purchased a Toyota Rav 4 from Lee Debolski. He made it very easy and hassle free to buy a car. My car had been totalled in an accident so I was anxious to get a new car and be driving again. He made it very easy and hassle free to buy a car. My car had been totalled in an accident so I was anxious to get a new car and be driving again. Lee was very straight forward and direct, I knew exactly what I was getting and how much it would cost. I made the decision on a Friday, did the paper work on Saturday and had my car on Monday, very fast and efficient. I would recommend Lee and Grand Blanc Toyota to anyone. More
My wife And I leased a 2009 Toyota Camry from Grand Blanc Motorcars in August of 2008. We never had a problem with the sales or service process until it came time to turn the vehicle in. Then we ran into t Motorcars in August of 2008. We never had a problem with the sales or service process until it came time to turn the vehicle in. Then we ran into the sales manager Ernesto Garcia Jr. At the time of turn in, the mileage was very low for a three year old car (18,000 miles). My wife’s parents thought it would be a shame to turn it in so they decided to purchase the vehicle at lease end. The lease was set to expire on the 27th of August 2011, which happened to fall on a Saturday. I had called the dealership on several occasions to work out the procedure of purchasing a lease as we had not done so before. I called Ernesto and we discussed the turn in process. He told me the car had to be turned into the dealership and then purchased by them from the finance company. Because he did not work on Saturdays, he told me it would be okay to turn in the car Monday and he could just backdate the paperwork to show we turned it in on Saturday. We arrived at the dealership on Monday, August 29 and turned the car in. We set a time for Wednesday to have her parents purchase the car. We were given a specific total amount due for the full purchase price and it was put in writing. I arrived Wednesday with my father in law and everything was proceeding without a hitch.....until it was time to sign the paperwork. Ernesto surprised us by telling us that the purchase price had increased by $59.00. It had increased by the three days from the turn in date on Saturday to the purchase on Wednesday. When I reminded him of the phone conversation we had on Friday about backdating the paperwork he simply said “No”. Essentially calling me a liar! He then spun off and said he does not purchase the vehicle from Toyota until the buyer comes in to purchase it because he does not want to get stuck with the car! Then to my complete surprise he comes back with, and I quote “Look, you are still getting a great deal on this car. We are making nothing here and the car is way under invoice.” Well I guess now it is $59.00 less under invoice! Fifty nine dollars is really not that big of a deal but it could easily have been a few hundred or even a few thousand. You will get no sympathy from Ernesto even if it is completely his mistake. I think he remembered the conversation we had but simply did not want to redo the paperwork so he decided to stick it to the buyer. I promise you, my family, friends and co-workers will hear about my experience with Grand Blanc Motorcars and in particular Ernesto Garcia Jr. More
I took my 2009 335i in for service when the iDrive computer indicated that service was required for: 1: Vehicle Check 2. Oil change (200 miles overdue for change, according to the iDrive computer) computer indicated that service was required for: 1: Vehicle Check 2. Oil change (200 miles overdue for change, according to the iDrive computer) They completed the work in about 1hr and returned the car to me. While driving home I checked the iDrive computer which now indicated my next oil change would occur in 2 years or approx. 15,000 miles, so they had reset the computer. However when I checked the virtual Graphic oil level "dipstick" in the iDrive, it still indicated I was down about 2 quarts of oil which is where the level was before they had "supposedly" changed the oil. Of course this instantly told me that they never changed the oil and that they had only reset the computer. I immediately took the car back to the Grand Blanc dealer where the service manager tried to give me several excuses. At first he claimed that not all oils changes would result with the oil level being full. Then he changed his story to; the "key" didn't indicate I was due for an oil change even though the iDrive computer did. With this explanation, I then asked him; "So, why would you still reset the computer to say it been changed and I wasn't due for another changed for 15,000 miles". In short, BMW Grand Blanc service department are crooks. More

Well I was assured that I will get that $600 dollars back but i just have to pay it upfront to the mercedes financial. To say the least 6 months later, im vey happy with my new car but I still have not gotten my money and to make things worse the sales person keeps ignoring my calls or just doesn't call me back at all. his name is Mike. This dealership has an outstanding service department. My car was having a computer problem that could not be fixed at a local repair shop that I trust. They told me the computer codes need a dealer service. car was having a computer problem that could not be fixed at a local repair shop that I trust. They told me the computer codes need a dealer service. Not only did the dealer fix the car, but the consultant, Joe Neall, took a personal interest in updating my repair with several phone calls. Rather than rushing the car back to me, he asked if he could have it one more day to extensively test drive it. The repair then only cost me the labor necessary to repair it - the time it took to test drive and to diagnose the problem was not added to the bill. My car has over 100,000 miles on it, and the bill was less than $300. To them, probably a tiny bit of work - to me, the quality and care they gave me qualifies me as a repeat customer who will trust them with my vehicles. I love my Toyota Prius and plan to purchase from this dealership in the future. They followed up with a service call to see if my care was up to high standards as well. More
We have purchased 2 CPO cars from Grand Blanc in the past 2 years, and have worked with Dean on both deals. Dean is very professional, and courteous. I was surprised at first, but then glad, that we did no 2 years, and have worked with Dean on both deals. Dean is very professional, and courteous. I was surprised at first, but then glad, that we did not have to go through the usual motions of having to talk to his management about the price etc etc. Because my first dealing with him went so well, we went back and specifically worked with Dean to purchase our second car. I would highly recommend Dean if you are looking for a salesperson who will not treat you like an idiot and who will respect your decisions. More
