What made this sale so special was I just completed an amazingly easy vehicle purchase on a 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLA250 sedan online and via the phone. What made this sale so special was that I live in Georgia and that I also had a vehicle to trade in! I found the fairly priced M-B CLA250 on the website Cargurus.com. and replied via email to Grand Blanc Motorcars that I was interested. The next morning I received a phone call from their internet sales specialist, Margaret Martin. I described further my interest in their car and then explained to Margaret the details on my Nissan Maxima trade. Within 8 hours we had established a fair price for my trade and for the CLA250. At that point Margaret turned me over to MB/BMW sales specialist Rick Howard to help me through the remaining purchase/sale issues...trade payoff, insurance binder, & arrangements for physical appraisal and pickup of my new car. on Friday I drove 11.5 hours from Cumming, GA to Fenton MI to spend the night. Rick and I had arranged to meet at the dealership before normal opening on Saturday morning to begin the easy purchase process. While Rick and I work through my familiarization with the new Mercedes, Mike the Sales Manager quickly reviewed my trade in and agreed that the targeted trade allowance was easily met. After 15 minutes with the business manager, I was ready to head out and back to Georgia. It took 70 minutes to complete the whole process. This could not have gone any better! My recommendation could not be any stronger!! If you are interested in a new Toyota, BMW or Mercedes-Benz or are looking for a fine late model used vehicle, come see my new friends at Grand Blanc Motorcars. In November I downsized from a Dodge Nitro to a '14 Toyota Camry and couldn't be happier with that decision. Last week, my fiance sold his Chevrolet Tahoe and we purchased a 2007 Toyota Prius. The fuel savings we are already seeing is amazing and I'm confident this vehicle will pay for itself over time. Both vehicles were purchased from Ryan McCaughna and I would highly recommend that anyone considering a new vehicle contact him. Between Ryan and TJ I've experienced impeccable service after the sale as well. They are always available to address any questions I have or explain features I haven't yet used. I should note that I moved out of Michigan prior to purchasing my Camry and, even with the plethora of car dealerships near my new home, I still prefer to drive 400 miles roundtrip to buy and service my vehicles at Grand Blanc Motors. My 2012 Toyota Camry was purchased new from Grand Blanc Motorcars. While driving a couple of weeks later (with less than 1,000 miles), the car begin to run poorly and idiot lights began flashing. I had to have the car towed to the nearest dealership which was Spartan Toyota, Lansing. The transmission had to be completely replaced. I spent over $400 for a rental vehicle during the time the vehicle was being repaired. Spartan Toyota is 1.5 hrs. from my home. They didn't offer any assistance for a loaner car and then refused to provide any assistance in getting the vehicle back to me. When I reached out to Grand Blanc, they sent drivers to Spartan Toyota the very same day to pick up the vehicle and return it to my home. I received a follow-up phone call from Ernesto (GM of Grand Blanc Motorcars) the next day just to check on everything. Grand Blanc Motorcars has been simply fantastic! I would highly recommend their dealership. Spartan Toyota on the other hand - run the other way! More
