Philip Preville was so patient and knowledgeable explaining all that I needed to know about the bells and whistles of this new car. Philip Preville took care of the registration and plates so I didn't have to make a trip to the DMV. Phil Preville even arranged a person to pick me up at my house and drive me to the Grand Blanc Motor Cars dealership so that I could drive my new car home. Phil even helped me program the map quest in the car. He went far and beyond call of duty and even called me several weeks later just to make sure everything was OK and if I had any questions about the cars' operation. More

Seen that the Grand Blanc dealership had the exact model I was looking Searched all nearby Toyota dealership websites for the type of Camry I wanted. Seen that the Grand Blanc dealership had the exact model I was looking for. Utilized the text option on their website and sent them a message to see if it was still in stock. They text me back immediately and said that it was in stock so I headed over for a test drive. Dan directed me on a brief trip which included a few back roads and the expressway. I couldn't be more grateful to Dan for his help. He was very knowledgeable and made the experience very comfortable. He's very good at his job. The overall process took a lot longer than I expected or I would have given 5 stars. Dan had my paperwork completed and turned in quickly, so i'm not quite sure what the hold up was, but it certainly was not with Dan.
