I am located in Miami FL and worked with Mike Shaeffer, Sales Manager, Margaret Martin, the Internet Coordinator and Jim Ray, the Used Car Manager. Negotiating the deal with Mike was fair and friendly. Margaret provided photos, videos, documents and if she were closer, coffee I'm sure. I had full faith and confidence in her presentations and about the vehicle I purchased. Jim managed the delivery (transportation). There was a minor problem with the transport company that caused me to have to pick up the car about 40 miles from my home. Jim called me concerned and apologetic that the transport company had not followed his instructions and was ready to assist. It really wasn't a big deal but it was nice to know that they cared. He was professional, personable, and friendly. He made sure that all of our questions were answered and made sure that we were introduced to all key personnel. We purchased a 2015 Toyota Tundra TRD from Philip Preville. We ordered running boards for the truck and we had to return a week later with the Tundra for installation. The service department was fabulous and completed the installation of the running boards within the time promised.
