They clearly do not have the right people:(1) It is hard to talk to a person as the service department always goes to voicemail (2) When they found out that my car was under warranty, the next available appointment was 8 days later. (3) When I asked a clarifying question about the wait, the BMW service scheduler was rude. We bought one car here and another one at the Lansing dealership. The lansing dealership is so much friendlier. More

From my initial inqui This past week, I purchased my first Mercedes-Benz at Grand Blanc Motorcars. The car I bought was a pre-owned E350 4Matic. From my initial inquiry, which I made online through GrandBlancMotorcars.com, It was fairy obvious that this was a conscientious group. I entered my contact info and sent my request regarding this vehicle 2 hours after closing and Margaret Martin, their internet sales specialist, responded within minutes. We quickly arranged a test drive and Margaret kept me informed as to the car's readiness as the time drew near. When I arrived at the dealership, I met with Margaret (who greeted me with a smile that made me feel like one of the family) and my salesman, Matt Gerry. Matt was equally friendly and efficient as we got down to business right away. A very reasonably trade-in value for my older Chevy Pick-up was arrived at as well as very reasonable financing. The test drive went very well. The car was in amazing shape and well prepped by the service department. I knew as soon as I got in it that this fine automobile would be mine before I left the building. When I sat down in the financing department, I found out that the interest rate they procured for me was almost a full percentage point lower that I was originally told. The document signing process was relaxed and very pleasant. I absolutely love the car and can't say enough about the people who work at Grand Blanc Motorcars. I will shop there again! He was very personable, knowledgeable and attentive to us. He successfully brokered a deal on a car we never thought we could obtain. He took the time to show us around and introduced us to many of the staff. We were extremely impressed with the whole dealership especially the service area. Dan even followed up with a call a few days after our purchase to see how we liked our Camry and invited us to call anytime. We are so thrilled with our Toyota Camry and have received many compliments on our car. They have made us feel that we are a part of the Grand Blanc Toyota family.
