He took his time explaining all the features without pressuring us to buy right this minute, when my husband wanted to drive a Rav4 it was not a problem with Dan! He took us on several test drives, always showing us the features while he drove the first few miles till we became familiar with the features on the cars. Dan just reviewed everything with us as we drove and it wasn't just a selling pitch, he really wanted us to find the right car. We ended up getting the Corolla and we are so happy. We had been to other dealers and the salespeople just tried to pressure us into the cars they wanted to sell. Dan respected our time and made sure we became happy Toyota customers. Before we said yes, Dan introduced us to his sales manager, credit manager, service manager and a few other employees. All of them were very pleasant and happy to meet us. Each and every experience has been completely stress free and very pleasant. My recent purchase with sales consultant Phil Preville was nothing short of Perfect ! I met him in 2015 when I was first thinking of buying the new Prius but I wanted a 2016 and was in no hurray. I told him to keep in touch with me when Toyota was offering the 0 interest financing. So he did just that several times from mid 15 to now advising me what was available and simply to tell me that he has not forgotten about me. Then I got his call to tell me the 0 interest for 48 months was now available. So we made an appointment to test drive the Prius and his knowledge of all the bells and whistles that this computer like car could do amazed me, it's like he built the car. He explained everything about the car, all it's warranties and simply told me to call him any time with any questions I may have. Phil is just a regular guy that you can talk to like a friend and he will help you in every way possible. So needless to say we made the deal and I'm now driving a new Prius knowing that if I have any questions or concerns Phil is just a phone call away to help. it doesn't get any better than that. Just an FYI there customer service dept is just as friendly and just as awesome in there service ! More
