Toyota's are GREAT cars! I have had my Prius Two for two years now, purchased new in August 2014. I'm getting 46 mpg winter and 50-54 in the spring, summer and fall. Biggest I have had my Prius Two for two years now, purchased new in August 2014. I'm getting 46 mpg winter and 50-54 in the spring, summer and fall. Biggest point is no troubles at all with the vehicle, only in for periodic maintenance and tires at 45K. I have a lengthy commute and was looking for high mileage and low maintenance. This vehicle filled the bill. I also had a Camry in the past and loved it. My saleman, Dan Myers, was very knowledgable, personable and helpful almost to excess. After a casual conversation, he found us an aftermarket company that installed an all leather interior, complete with dual heat heats and driver's lumbar. No troubles with any of the add-ons either. The dealer seems to be run very efficiently and everyone is really nice, parts, service, front desk. As a former schoolmate of Dave Isbell, he did good and should be proud of his dealership! More

Mercedes "B service" First time customer, formerly a Novi Benz customer. Came in for the first "B service". Victor, my service writer was awesome and got me a next day at First time customer, formerly a Novi Benz customer. Came in for the first "B service". Victor, my service writer was awesome and got me a next day at a convenient time, Novi Benz had a 1 week wait. Vehicle was done quickly and they even washed and vacuumed for me. Lounge area had cold drinks available for free, a nice touch. Based on this I will no longer use Novi Benz, will return to Grand Blanc Motorcars instead. It was easy to get in and had an excellent customer experience. Thanks Victor & service techs! More
