Sales team is great, patient and above my expectations. Administrative team, however, is lacking. Here I am now 46 days after sale and I still do not have my title paperwork to get the new vehicle register Administrative team, however, is lacking. Spoke to 3 different members at Graff; Title doesn't know why its taking so long to get paperwork "from the other dealer", Management states "it's been running about two weeks behind" and "try to register online at the BMV website" and "we'll cover your ticket if you get pulled over." No communication since the sale about any delays, no further communication now since I've started complaining. I've already racked up a BMV fee for being late on registration, I'm running around now with an expired temp tag that Graff will not / cannot renew, and it's adding unnecessary anxiety to the whole process. As such, I cannot and will not faithfully recommend Graff Chevrolet at this time. More
The service was good and very friendly but I would like to see communication improved. This was my first experience with Graff since they purchased Bosak. Normally when my Toyota Prius was in for service a to see communication improved. This was my first experience with Graff since they purchased Bosak. Normally when my Toyota Prius was in for service at Bosak I got text messages updating me about my car. I dropped off my Equinox EV at Graff Chevy at 10am on Tuesday and hadn’t heard back by 3:30pm. I called in for an update and did not get a call back, so I had to call back at 5 when I was partly updated. The woman I spoke to did not know if my tires had been recalled and said she would find out but she did not call me. Next day I again had to call in for an update at 11:30am and found out it was done. More
