Once i got to communicate with a person instead of an email address everything was ok. I was 5 minutes from leaving to go to another dealer and buy because their internet dept was non responsive. I made a last ditch effort and found a person and they gave me an offer on my trade and sent the amount i would have to bring to make the deal. It was less than what i was going to(and almost did) buy. I went there, they did not try to pull the typical car dealer games, and i got the car. More
