Terrible experience! It's been weeks and they still cant figure out what's wrong with my 21 Chevy suburban. They have not offered a rental car either... they keep telling It's been weeks and they still cant figure out what's wrong with my 21 Chevy suburban. They have not offered a rental car either... they keep telling us they have nothing available. They continue to tell us it's fixed,we come to pick it up,and the grinding noise is still there. Extremely frustrating experience! Do better Graff! More
