Good service, Bait and Switch Warranty Coverage The service was good, and fixed my issue, which is why this review has more than one star, however...I bought this truck in 2016, with the option for The service was good, and fixed my issue, which is why this review has more than one star, however...I bought this truck in 2016, with the option for extended bumper to bumper warranty (it was a used). Before spending THOUSANDS of dollars on this warranty, I specifically asked if everything was covered, and I was ASSURED that it was (other than obvious wear parts, brakes, wheels, etc). At the time of service my truck was still in the warranty period, but SURPRISE, my fix was not covered. Last time I checked, a coolant hose was between the bumpers, and not considered a wear part. Shame on me for taking the warranty at face value, I suppose. More

The vehicle is still under warranty but they say it does not cover diagnostic time. What does it take to drive a car and tell me there is nothing wrong with it?
