Within 24 hrs, Boucher's Rick, manager of the Collision Center had the part and service done! He understood the very tight line of the service request as my granddaughter was leaving in a week for college. Rick is not only efficient but tuned to customer satisfaction done right the first time...he made it work out!! Thank you Rick!! More

Proactive, prompt service that I have come to expect. On a Friday evening a few weeks ago, I needed my Milan towed to Boucher in Thiensville well after the dealer had closed. Next morning, on Saturday, On a Friday evening a few weeks ago, I needed my Milan towed to Boucher in Thiensville well after the dealer had closed. Next morning, on Saturday, Tim recognized the Milan as my car, took the initiative to diagnose the issue and called me at home with the details on the repairs needed--before I even had the chance to call him. When I authorized Tim to go ahead, he said a mechanic came in that day for a service appointment that had since been cancelled and would start on the repairs right away. When I mentioned receiving an air bag recall notice for the Milan from Ford, he added that to the service list--saving me from having to make an extra service appointment. I really appreciated Tim's proactive customer service. It is also great to think that Tim, Angie and Kevin their Service Manager, know me and my vehicles and always strive to exceed my expectations. Good service, Bait and Switch Warranty Coverage The service was good, and fixed my issue, which is why this review has more than one star, however...I bought this truck in 2016, with the option for The service was good, and fixed my issue, which is why this review has more than one star, however...I bought this truck in 2016, with the option for extended bumper to bumper warranty (it was a used). Before spending THOUSANDS of dollars on this warranty, I specifically asked if everything was covered, and I was ASSURED that it was (other than obvious wear parts, brakes, wheels, etc). At the time of service my truck was still in the warranty period, but SURPRISE, my fix was not covered. Last time I checked, a coolant hose was between the bumpers, and not considered a wear part. Shame on me for taking the warranty at face value, I suppose. More

The car still has the same problem and I will not be returning to this place so they can charge me again for doing nothing. More
