Brought my car in for repair after a car accident. This took 6 weeks and 2 days. I had to rent a car for the duration @ $30 per day. The only contact with body shop manager was initiated by me. There This took 6 weeks and 2 days. I had to rent a car for the duration @ $30 per day. The only contact with body shop manager was initiated by me. There were no updates and when I asked when it was be completed I was given vague time frames. At week 5 I was told it should be done next week. I called on Wed of that week and was told "a couple of more days. I called 2 days later, Friday, and again asked when it would be done. He thought Monday, the start of week 7. I said I would be there on Monday at 4:30 for pick up, he agreed. When I arrived on Monday at 4:30 I was told it was still not done and he forgot to call me. Again I was given a vague time frame for completion. I said I want a drop dead date and time now. I was told Wed at 3:30. I then went in and complained to dealership GM. He called me the next day and confirmed it would be done Wed, which it was. No good will gesture for the aggravation and terrible customer service, maybe fill my gas tank (only half empty) , throw in an oil change, discount on bill. Nothing. I will NEVER do business with a Gordie Boucher dealership again and will be sharing this experience. More
