Kevin Ramthun, Service Manager, to look at it and took pictures for submittal to Ford Motor Company. A week later I received a call from Kevin that the replacement glass came in and we scheduled an appointment to change the glass on the truck. To my surprise, the glass and labor were replaced at no cost to me! I am very pleased and appreciative. I brought my vehicle in for a recall and decided to get an oil change and have a mystery sound checked out as well. The recall repair took more than a day, which I was fine with, but no one told me it woul an oil change and have a mystery sound checked out as well. The recall repair took more than a day, which I was fine with, but no one told me it would take so long and nobody called me to update me and let me know what was going on. I had to call and ask. When I called, I mentioned that I had a coupon for "The Works" oil change. I was told they would honor the coupon even though I forgot to mention it when I originally made the appointment. "The Works" includes and oil change, tire rotation, and car wash. I picked up my vehicle the following day and forgot to bring the coupon with me. They still honored the price, which I was happy with, however, the car wash and tire rotation was not completed. The mystery noise turned out to be an easy/fairly inexpensive fix, but I never received a phone call telling me what was wrong, what it would cost, and asking me if I wanted it fixed at that time. So, long story short, I was disappointed about not getting the full "Works" package and the lack of communication. The actual work done appears to be quality. More
