I don't know if this is a new Auto Industry way of handling things or a dealership thing. But I have had some issues with my truck since I bought it new. Steering dives when you are at 45 MPH and abov handling things or a dealership thing. But I have had some issues with my truck since I bought it new. Steering dives when you are at 45 MPH and above and hit a bump. First time I brought the vehicle in, it came back from service as nothing wrong and could the service department could not recreate problem stated by customer. Problem got worse and I saw on Ford Pass there was a recall on my truck for,,, wait for it,,, Steering. Brought it up to their attention next time I was in again for steering issues and this time it got "fixed" Dampner was replaced. Now it is starting to do it again and they cannot recreate the issue. Other issue I am having is many times a week the engine is hard to start. In the last month it has failed twice to start when I turn the key. Again, brought up a couple times and failed to recreate issue. Seems like when the truck sits for a three or more days it has a hard time starting. Will look on web for probable causes and trouble shoot starting issues on my own. Can't do that for steering. Have seen online the steering issue is a design flaw and many are experiencing this. More

Our high miles, but solid Ford Explorer needed A/C service. We worked with Tim on this visit. Although the fix was not inexpensive--it never is with A/C repairs--Tim provided an accurate diagnosis a service. We worked with Tim on this visit. Although the fix was not inexpensive--it never is with A/C repairs--Tim provided an accurate diagnosis and valuable advice about what should be repaired and why. The Explorer's repaired A/C works like new and we expect to get many tens of thousands of additional miles of life from this vehicle. We rely on Tim, Angie and Service Manager Kevin for sound vehicle repair and maintenance advice as well as keeping us as safe and trouble free on the road as possible. Thanks again, Tim. More

This service center was awesome! The employees went above and beyond and were so friendly, yet professional in dealing with me.
