They do "(We) Ride With You Every Mile!" I bought a new F150 from this Ford dealer less than a month ago and discovered a small scratch/gouge in the rear driver side glass. Kevin Ramthun, Se I bought a new F150 from this Ford dealer less than a month ago and discovered a small scratch/gouge in the rear driver side glass. Kevin Ramthun, Service Manager, to look at it and took pictures for submittal to Ford Motor Company. A week later I received a call from Kevin that the replacement glass came in and we scheduled an appointment to change the glass on the truck. To my surprise, the glass and labor were replaced at no cost to me! I am very pleased and appreciative. Gordie Boucher-Thiensville dealership gets five stars and a thumbs up for customer service from me! Thank you! More
