There's a problem in the follow-up process after someone orders a new vehicle. In the four months it took to get a new F150 2021, I never received a "thank you" letter for the business, or a phone call to orders a new vehicle. Dennis and Alan were good returning phone calls, test messages, etc, but I never received a proactive communication from anyone at Gordie Boucher for 4 months! Sales process before the order was great, no communication once I gave you the order. Poor sales process. I understood the lead time given all the supply chain issues, logistics challenges, etc, it was the lack of follow-through that was disappointing. More

Angie was my service advisor for this Mustang oil change/inspection and minor leak investigation. She later called me with the leak repair estimate. When I went to pick up the car, she told me the change/inspection and minor leak investigation. She later called me with the leak repair estimate. When I went to pick up the car, she told me the repair took about an hour less than estimated meaning the cost was less than estimated. Providing an effective repair at a cost less than estimated and agreed to in advance by the customer is a very rare event in the auto repair industry. But when it does happen, my guess is that it happens more often at Boucher Village Ford than anywhere else. Their repairs are done right the first time and they stand behind their work. We rely on Angie, Tim and Service Manager Kevin to keep our family's vehicles safe and reliable on the road. Thank you, Angie. More
