Excellent service Our MKZ was having trouble starting, We suspected the battery was dying and we called to make an appointment just a couple days before New Years day. Our MKZ was having trouble starting, We suspected the battery was dying and we called to make an appointment just a couple days before New Years day. Even though they were booked up, they squeezed us in, got us a new battery and cable under warranty, and got the car back to us the next day (New Years Eve). This car is our first Lincoln and I have been so impressed with the service and attention we have received from this dealership from the initial purchase to any follow-up work service work. No tire pressure checking You are supposed to check the tire pressure when doing the oil change with tire rotation. New tire Arrived at the dealership with a flat tire. Questioned if I could have the tire replaced the same day. They said yes. Would take about 2 hours.
