My appt for an oil change was scheduled for 9:00am. They called at 9:40am to recommend my engine filter be replaced. I said great. She said she would text me when car was ready. I called and she said the car was ready, but forgot to message me. Not a problem, I told her I would be there in 10 mins to pick up my vehicle. I get there and tried to checkout but my paperwork was not at cashier desk. She pages Randi and she never responds or comes to checkout area. I finally told them I really had to get going b/c I had to pick up my kiddos and had a 50 min drive ahead of me. She finally comes with my paperwork. I checkout, but they can’t find my key fab. She goes in the back and comes back to tell me they never put on the engine filter. I had just paid for it. She offered me water, but I told her I had to get going b/c I had a 50 min commute to go pick my kids up from school. I asked for my car and if they could just refund me for the filter. She said it would be two mins and ran out the door. She came back promptly, but the wait time was ridiculous. It took me 28mins to checkout. I get they are under construction, but it was so disorganized. An oil change should not take over 4 hours and checkout should not take 28 mins. I will hopefully find another Lincoln dealership in Madison, but I am apprehensive due to the service I received at this location. More

I tried to schedule an oil change. I found I wasn't able to schedule one for a couple weeks. I needed one sooner, so I drove to the dealership the next morning. After explaining my sit I found I wasn't able to schedule one for a couple weeks. I needed one sooner, so I drove to the dealership the next morning. After explaining my situation the service manager took my car and said they would get it in and call me when they were finished. They called later that afternoon to inform me it was finished.
