Well I waited for my oil change a brake hose recall was completed as well. When I went to pull out on Highway 100 and leave I had absolutely no breaks they went straight to the floor. When I came back to say that I had no breaks I was told that they just needed to be pumped which I already tried. When that did not work for the Gordie Boucher rap they took my car back to the service station where it was discovered that the brake hose was not tightened and so I didn't have any brakes... I am not sure how you forget to tighten the brake hose very disappointing and could have been disastrous on Highway 100. Also later received a video of my service which showed nothing of the brake line service. Notv sure I will be back for additional services after that mishap. More
