Clearly service people are commission and do not want to help anyone that is not their customer. Communication is poor,, they only tell you their problems without providing a solution or options. The financial reward coupled with management culture makes the service department an oxymoron. I chose Belal in the required field because he is the manager and is responsible for the department and the culture. More

Have been very helpful with factory issues from my car...always helpful and open to fixing warranty issue. Pleasant staff, nice waiting area which eases the discomfort of waiting.
