This was the easiest process I have had buy a vehicle. Tristen and his team were very helpful making this process fast and easy. Endless calls being put on hold for 15-30 minutes only to have to hang up. Zero willingness to correct their mistakes. I have adjusted my rating to three stars which could be improved again once I see more timely service. INITIAL REVIEW This dealership frequently struggles to complete service on time. This week I brought my vehicle in for an appointment to look at the auto restart that was malfunctioning and put some tires on that were pre-ordered. After the first day nothing was done. Not even the tires. On the follow-up appointment all the work was done. However, at the end of the day I could not get my vehicle because your system would not accept my credit card payment. Sydney took my payment over the phone several times. Each time the system told her the address was incorrect. I followed up with Chase Bank. They said that Chase approved every payment that was submitted. Your system within a few seconds of each payment reversed the transaction. The end result is that I was not able to get my vehicle when I had asked for it at the beginning of the day. We had plans that evening that we had to adjust because of this inconvenience. You guys really need to figure this out. More
