John was great about keeping me informed about the progress and about any issues that arose. The dealership mechanics did install all the important parts back into vehicle, but didn't finish installin progress and about any issues that arose. The dealership mechanics did install all the important parts back into vehicle, but didn't finish installing the bottom cover of the engine compartment. Had to go back the next day to get the part installed. They got that installed in 15 minutes without an appointment. More
