I came in for an oil change on a Thursday afternoon without an appointment, I was told it could be as much as a 2 hour wait. I was done working for the day so not a huge deal. Disappointed in the service I received. I brought the vehicle in for a recall and mileage service. Mileage service never completed. Also, I was asked if i wanted a car wash, I agreed to it.
