I scheduled an oil change and rear lift gate latch repair online. I dropped vehicle off at 1pm. I phoned service at 5:25 pm because I never got a call or any info stating vehicle would be kept overnight. Se online. I dropped vehicle off at 1pm. I had to go to dealership and transfer all of my work equipment into my other car. My salesperson helped me with this and she was awesome. I purchased this vehicle in August from this dealer fir a work vehicle. Liftgate has never worked correctly since purchase and finally would not work at all. When I picked up my Escape charge was over $600 and oil change was never preformed. More
