Over a number of months Ron Blum, sales rep. , stayed in touch with me regarding a car purchase. He was very professional and not pushy. Diagnosis of truck issues was thorough. Cost of repair was way higher than anticipated. Jeff was fair, pleasant and professional. Loaner vehicle was appreciated. Excellent right from the first phone call from Sophia! My Ram was involved in a hit and run, I dropped the truck off on 12/26/25 and they had it ready just in time for my husband to come back from vacatio My Ram was involved in a hit and run, I dropped the truck off on 12/26/25 and they had it ready just in time for my husband to come back from vacation on 1/14/26. The truck looks brand new and even more beautiful! They explained and showed me everything they repaired.
