Car was in the shop on 5/9. Got the car back that day. Saturday 5/10 having the same problem, leaking break fluid. It was Mother's day weekend. Had to change all plans because of car trouble. I was told on Saturday morning that they would be to get me and my car Monday morning by 730. Come 5/12, 8am I hadn't heard from anyone. I called again. Arranged to bring car in at 9am. Dakota made me feel like this was my fault. Asking accusatory questions before even putting the car in the air. Turns out it was mechanic error. I had to miss work that day. I wasn't offered anything after I went through all of that. Not even a discounted oil change. More
