My rep was Peter and I couldn’t have been more pleased. He was very knowledgeable and professional and very personable. I came in for an oil change and inspection and my rep Peter was very professional, He was very knowledgeable and professional and very personable. I came in for an oil change and inspection and my rep Peter was very professional, friendly and highly knowledgeable. My appointment was 2:00 and he took my car at 2:05! There were other issues that were discovered and he throughly explained the situation with assistance of the video. I was able to have the service done right then and even though I hadn’t planned on the added expense, I am so glad that I can now travel safely on new front brakes, which were in bad shape (and he showed me the video)! Everyone was friendly and very responsive but Peter went above and beyond and my wish is that every service provider I encounter in the future would be as courteous and professional as he is! I can’t way enough about Peter and all of the service interactions I had yesterday.. great job! Just another reason that we have driven only Subaru’s for almost twenty years! More

I would not recommend this dealership to service your vehicle. With an appointment, I was told it would take an hour and a half for my car to get an oil change. I gave two hours before checking in and vehicle. With an appointment, I was told it would take an hour and a half for my car to get an oil change. I gave two hours before checking in and the car was not ready for another hour and a half following that. I was told that the mechanic took his lunch break, even though he clearly was behind schedule. I had also asked for a car wash, which did not remove a bug splatter that had been on my front windshield nor did it remove a writing my child put on the back window. The service advisor I worked with, Sami, was polite, courteous and friendly, and did her best to be helpful. Though I was extremely frustrated and disappointed by the time, I got my car back. More
