Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!!! I was in the market to buy a car. I had been to several dealerships that were awful. I had to muster up the energy before going to another dealershi I was in the market to buy a car. I had been to several dealerships that were awful. I had to muster up the energy before going to another dealership as I felt the previous dealerships had sucked the life out of me. Waiting around in their showrooms for an hour before even driving the car. Haggling for several hours with the salesman coming back to me with the same deal as I said "no" to and expecting me to accept it. It was awful. Then Rachael called from Goldstein's auto group and assured me this wouldn't happen. I went in and met Scott Ross the salesman. He immediately gave me keys to the car I wanted to drive and took my keys to evaluate my car for a trade in. I loved the jeep, we sat down and went over my rebates. I felt he was my advocate working towards getting me the best deal for the jeep I wanted. Scott went over the jeep with me from top to bottom the day I picked it up. Scott is such a nice guy and a pleasure to deal with. I loved the whole experience and I will recommend to all my friends and family to go to Goldstein's for your next car. More

Irresponsible service technician. Goldstein Dodge took my car for a test drive after I had a few concerns with my vehicle after owning it for a month. When I got the car back there wer Goldstein Dodge took my car for a test drive after I had a few concerns with my vehicle after owning it for a month. When I got the car back there were paint chips missing and my alignment was off. The technician that drove my car for the test drive wound up hitting a curb or something and knocking my alignment off. There is a scuff on my tire, and a scuff along with a dent in my rim that proves annimlact happened. The service manager assistant said that my alignment couldn't be off. So I took her for a test drive and she admittied that it was. This means that the service technician that took my car for a test drive without me knowing must have struck something. After I left them to fix the alignment I returned to a car that had not been properly fixed. Now Goldstein's service manager left me message through Bryan that I am no longer allowed to come back there after they allowed someone to break my car that was only a month old. With Goldstein being the only dealership to offer an unlimited mile, limited powertrain warranty and denying me service after a month means they backed out of the warranty program that I signed up for by purchasing the car through them. Therefore I feel that they have voided the contract that we agreed upon when I bought the vehicle. So go there if you want to have your car ruined within a month. Plus when I picked it back up my radiator fluid was red instead of purple and now my car runs worse. More
