The whole team was great, Mike the parts manager, and Brian in the service area couldn't have been more helpful, then after looking around Mike in sales helped us find this car which had an amazing deal and ended up working out perfect. He helped the whole process and answered the million questions we had with confidence. The finance manager Sam made what should have been a very stressful decision and process in the end a great experience. We definitely recommend this dealership for the excellent service alone!! More

I think it's because price isn't really an issue these days, especially with dealer prices being plastered all over the internet, Goldstein understands that ultimately it's about the customer journey and experience. Great Car Buying Experience I just leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. My sales person was Shawn Thurber and he was a pleasure to work with. I ordered the Je I just leased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. My sales person was Shawn Thurber and he was a pleasure to work with. I ordered the Jeep to my specifications so also worked with Chuck who wrote up the order. They were not at all pushy and did not try to talk me into anything that I didn't want. The Jeep was supposed to take 6-8 weeks to build and came in 5 weeks later. Each week Shawn called me with updates on the progress of the car. When I picked it up I worked with Sam on the financial matters and everything went very smooth. I am actually paying less than originally estimated! More

Two of my three sons own Jeeps right and the third did. The salesman at Goldsteins , Scott was wonderful to work with. I knew what Jeep I wanted and he had it. No hassle. Since this is a new vehicle , don't have much to say except I love it. More
