This is the 6th vehicle that we purchased through Goldstein’s. Some of the vehicles we found was not compatible with our ever changing family needs. But one thing that just keeps getting better is th Goldstein’s. Some of the vehicles we found was not compatible with our ever changing family needs. CUSTOMERS BEWARE! !!!! I felt compelled to write this review to hopefully spare someone the aggravation and stress that I have had to endure with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler !!!! I felt compelled to write this review to hopefully spare someone the aggravation and stress that I have had to endure with my 2021 Jeep Wrangler. After less than 30,000 miles my engine is shot on my wrangler. It had to be towed to Latham Jeep in the early part of November. Apparently, there is a recall on this Jeep for a water pump leak. We are currently at the end of January and my car is still no closer to being finished than it was when it was towed there last November. After countless phone calls and numerous changed ETA dates, my engine arrived to the dealership in January. You read that correctly…January (two months later) I was notified that it finally arrived but had to wait a week for them to finish up another car before they’d start working on my car. One would think that I would’ve been a priority since my car had been there for over two months. So, when they finally began working on my car, they discovered that I now needed a catalytic converter. NOW!!!! The same issues I had while waiting for a new engine i.e. being given new ETA dates every other week is happening with this part as well. I have had to switch in and out of loaner cars twice because the first 2022 Jeep Gladiator car had the check engine light on the day I went to pick it up. I was told that it was nothing which turned out not to be the case because it started to rumble whenever I tried to turn on the car. It’s evident that Jeep isn’t making cars the way they used to. They are charging way more money but the quality isn’t there. Sadly, the customer care isn’t there either. If my car had been properly diagnosed when it first arrived there last year, they would’ve known everything my vehicle needed and ordered ALL of the parts in one shot. They didn’t so now I have to sit here and wait to see when I will ever get my car back. I must continue to pay a car note for a car that I have not driven in three months. I was told my catalytic converter would arrive today and of course when I checked with the dealership, it’s not there and they don’t even have a new expected time of arrival date. At this point, I don’t know when I will ever get my car back. Think long and hard before purchasing a car from Jeep. More
