When I told him how much of a discount I expected, he immediately said he could garauntee such savings. He asked what features we desired and helped us identify what trim package we needed. He called us back shortly thereafter and said he had found us such a car. He said we needed to come in to proceed further. When we arrived, he contued to be pleasant & knowledgeable. He introduced us to Deano, who proved to be quite helpful, finding us a second option with a different interior color. Delano also tried to get us a lower interest rate. Quon Tran was also highly petsonable and found us an even better interest rate. In summary, my wife & I left the dealership thankful for the pleasant, hassle-free experience. More
