Combine with the response they give afterwards, the only explaination to me is they deliberately do it. And they didn't give me the manual of car yet, after I inquire again and again. I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service and blatant criminal behavior from a business in any field. The list of issues with a "certified" used vehicle I purchased from them is too long to mention. Let's just say 8 break downs in 7 months would give you an idea. How about selling a vehicle trim package that was incorrect in order to get the value increased by 2.5k. I could go on. ( battery fail, tire leak). Long story shot I will be contacting a lawyer at this point as they have offered zero assistance and avoid my attempts to call . This is after I paid over 3k for an "extended" warranty. Which I was told I could use at any location. Not accurate. Honestly every stereotype you have heard in reference to shady car sales applies in this case. Stay away at all costs. More
Waiting for the keys Terrible experience. After finally picking a car that I genuinely wanted to purchase with the help of my sales associate, John, I come to find out tha Terrible experience. After finally picking a car that I genuinely wanted to purchase with the help of my sales associate, John, I come to find out that I cannot test drive my car because they had lost the key. I waited about an hour for them to find the key but in the end they said "the key is nowhere to be found and they have to make another key". Apparently this happens often there. I agreed to come back in a couple of days to test drive the car after they make a key. I requested for two keys to be made since I wanted to buy the car. They denied my request saying that they are already spending enough money, as if it's my fault that they lost the key. Anyway, I was still interested in the car, and two days go by I didn't hear anything. I contacted my sales rep and he tells me that a manager was supposed to call me, which they never did. Every day I contacted them and I was told the key would be ready another day. Four working days later, the key was still was not made and yet no one contacts me when they told me the key would be ready that day! So I decided to call them and requested to speak to a manager. The manager never got on the phone with me but a sales associate named Sam did. Sam was an idiot, he is the reason I'm not buying the car. Also the reason, I will never shop there and I will tell all my family and friends to never go there. He treated me poorly, and acted like some big deal. He had no answers for why the key was still not made and gave me the runaround and hung up on me. Terrible service. They don't care about their customers, even when they were actually ready to buy the car, like just waiting for the car so that they could buy it! I'm in Audi of Marin now giving them more money for a better car. #yourlossnotmine More

excellente service given by Mr. Teehankee I walked in over the weekend to look at some Titans. Claudio was an amazing sales rep. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. NIGHTMARE @ Nissan Serramonte Nissan Serramonte sent us a letter offering us top dollar to get a nice trade in for our Nissan Juke 2013w/ our lease due to end on Feb 2017. Me and Nissan Serramonte sent us a letter offering us top dollar to get a nice trade in for our Nissan Juke 2013w/ our lease due to end on Feb 2017. Me and my wife was lured by this offer and end up purchasing a new car. We were promised a lot of things that we had fallen for such as: -$17,500 out the door price for the new car, no down/ no monthly payment until 2nd month, they will take care of the lease transaction w/o any fee. I realized 2 days after on my way to my bank to transfer the car loan that the following informations were not followed. Realizing that we have been ripped off I hurriedly went back to return the car under the 3 day/250 mile guarantee program. I was told by Mike Ahmad the Gen Mgr, that they do not have this program and I cannot return the car. (EVEN THAT I HAVE PROOF THAT I SHOWED HIM). I did not stop from there, I continue to send them email and luckily a nice gentleman by the name of Vincent April -Dir. of Internet Sales acknowledged that they do have a 3 day return program. He then instructed me to return the car on Aug 15 past the 3 day. When I went to Nissan Serramonte I was asked to wait for at least 10 mins. which turned to an hour and later on I was told by their finance dept. I cannot return the car for reason he doesn't know of, he said he was just told by Mike. Up to this day, I am still calling and I continue to send them email asking for resolution. I have not heard anything since then. NEVER NEVER go to NISSAN SERRAMONTE unless you want to experience a NIGHTMARE More
Don't come here for an oil change, unless you have all day! Every time I come here for an oil change, it takes 3 hours, even with an appointment. Why do they even book appointments if they can't take your car?! Every time I come here for an oil change, it takes 3 hours, even with an appointment. Why do they even book appointments if they can't take your car?! In addition to an unreasonable wait time, they charge $30 for an oil change, for a Sentra?! That's the discounted price, retail is $49.99. The service writer was acting as if he was doing me a favour. I've been to other dealerships, but this one is closest to me. I don't know why I have been here more than twice. More
