This is one of the worst experiences with a car finance company and the car that I have with them. sold a car to me that had not been checked over, seat belt was broken, brakes was making noise and somehow company and the car that I have with them. sold a car to me that had not been checked over, seat belt was broken, brakes was making noise and somehow it passed an !MOT with that problem.with in the first week i had problems with it.should have never passed the mot.i should have a working and a safe car which i have kids, i don't feel safe driving with my kids in it. I'm paying £356 for a car that has problems. That is not fair i expect to have a car with no problems at all. that's why i got the car on finance. it's going to cost me £750 to repair the car whereas the clutch is gone after 5 months of having the car. I called the finance about the situation they said it's my problem they cant help me at all, they said when they gave me the car it was driveable and in good condition, that i should of serviced the clutch. has any one that has a car serviced their clutch for their car let me know please.only doing 7000 miles and having the car for 5 months please tell me if i should be having so much problems.my wife is out of work due to the car not driveable and i told the finance people on the phone. told them about the situation they said im am still able to fund repairing the car and paying for the finance of the car. this is so unfair and wrong no help at all with the finance company.they have no empathy on the situation what so ever and i'm totally shocked and upset how i am being treated. i have had several different cars and older cars then this one done more mileage aswell they have never given me any problems. as 7 seater family car i wouldn't expect the clutch to go on a 7 years old car and only recently serviced as well by the company that gave me the car.the clutch failed when my wife was going up a hill it rolled backed nearly hitting the car behind .i asked to speak to their manager they refused it because they said that the case was closed disgusting. The reason for getting a car on finance is to make a living for my family and right now this is stressing me and causing me to have strong migraines. not in a million years i was expecting this to happen to me. Is there anyone that has had this issue aswell . i need help please as this finance are not willing to help me More

Great no hassle experience with GoCarCredit and Art Flew in from out of town to look at a vehicle, and Art picked me up at the airport. Great People with Great Prices Before coming to this dealership, I already had two cars that I loved. This place had a car with better mileage and was also newer for a price that wa Before coming to this dealership, I already had two cars that I loved. This place had a car with better mileage and was also newer for a price that was hard to believe, so I was very skeptical. When I called Art, I simply asked him “What’s the deal with the car? Is it salvaged? Bad frame? No brakes?” To which he replied each customer is treated like family , and if we can get you in a car for a certain price we will. I took the car to my mechanic, and he said that if you have the money buy the car because it’s an incredible deal. It took me less than 24 hours to buy my new Jetta and I have to thank Art and the rest of Go Car Credit for being professional, flexible with me, and actually caring about there customers and the conditions of the cars they sell. Based on my conversation I would work with this dealer in the future. I inquired about the eprice on a car, Ron called and gave me a price 1k higher than advertised. I questioned why that would be and he put me on hold. When returning he offered a price 300 higher that advertised. Get eprice would indicate there is a lower price available. When I questioned the price again with not responds, then stayed this isn't going to work Ron hung up on me. More
