Our overall experience at Global was very positive. Thomas and his staff are extremely friendly and easy to work with. While we were at the dealership they went above and beyond to make our car buying Thomas and his staff are extremely friendly and easy to work with. While we were at the dealership they went above and beyond to make our car buying experience a pleasant one. I cannot say enough good things about the on-site customer service. Thomas was more than fair on the price of the car; he even offered a discount for an after-market stereo/steering wheel connection. The only reason we did not rate everything a 5 is because of a few minor things: We bought the car on President's Day, so the banks were closed. Since we paid cash for the car, our check could not be verified until the next day. Therefore, we could not get our title until the check cleared. We had to make a phone call to the dealership to get the title, which they Fed Ex'd us. Our car did not have the owner's manual, so we're still waiting for a copy to be sent. And finally, just before taking possession of the car, Thomas asked one of his workers to fill the tank. When we got a few miles down the road, we noticed the tank was only 3/4 full. We have recommended this dealership to friends even though it's 4 hours from home. The staff works with you to meet your needs, and to maintain a comfortable friendly atmosphere. We will certainly buy from Global Auto again. More
