His attention was focused on providing me with the information so that I could make an informed decision. Not only did he provide me with the car fax and auto check, he took the time to review the content of the reports. He also made the loan process simple by advising what documentation I needed prior to arrival and was able to offer me an interest rate comparable to my own credit unions.
