Stay far far away from this dealership! As I write this review I have nothing negative to say about Rose or Mark. So this is where horror story begins. First and foremost they don't do FULL research on the vehicle or put down ALL the info on their CARFAX report. Their service dept. is awful! Vehicle I purchased was pulling to right so a week after purchase brought it back so they could fix it (mind you I live an hour from dealer) they sent me home with a loaner that smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs and they closed the doors and windows. I am a Non Smoker! Sales person never asked for my keys that night so had to drive them there next day. My wife sat there for over 5hrs only for them to tell her they couldn't figure out the issue and that the needed the car overnight into the next day. (They don't fix it on site but take it to a highly regarded shop by them). Get phone call today that car is ready and it's cause of a worped/worn tire so instead of replacing it with a new one they put it on the other side so now car is pulling to the left. On top of that now when I brake the steering wheel shakes. This place is horrible! So if they have a used car that your interested in I would not recommend going there, just turn your head and keep looking elsewhere! More

Alex immediately pulled up the car that I selected, did a through walk around, explained all the options and features, took a test drive, answered all of my questions, overcame any concerns that I may have of had and expedited the sales process as requested. Sales Manager Robert Kreiman Jr is also a True Professional. Robert quickly put together a deal that was a win-win for everyone involved. Alex also was able to secure financing with a rate that was below the rate that my credit union had offered. Finance Manager Mark Jarose was superb as well. Mark clearly explained all the options available to us and had us in and out of finance in minutes. I recommend Sales Consultant Alex Balayants, Sales Manager Robert Kreiman Jr., Finance Manager Mark Jarose and the Entire Glenview Mitsubishi Team to everyone that is even considering purchasing a new or pre-driven vehicle. Purchased a 2013 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport I had a good experience purchasing a car from this dealership. Beetlemania! After two failed/unpleasant attempts at VW dealerships, I went into the Mitsubishi dealership as I was informed there was a Used Beetle for Sale that After two failed/unpleasant attempts at VW dealerships, I went into the Mitsubishi dealership as I was informed there was a Used Beetle for Sale that matched/surpassed my criteria. I was a bit skeptical on this, but as soon as I walked in, Luke was able to address all of my questions and concerns. Took out the 2009 VW Beetle for a test drive, and we were able to professionally agree on a selling price/rate. (However, the radio antenna resulted in being a bit more than the anticipated fix price. But I most definitely appreciated the fact that I was provided with a spare antenna to reach out to VW accordingly.) It's been great times with my Beetle (whom is now hereby named Lucy) thus far!
