Never coming back here again and wish I never came in first I came in looking for 2015 Mitubishi Outlander that I found on Auto Trader for good price and excellent mileage. After numerous attempts to try to get I came in looking for 2015 Mitubishi Outlander that I found on Auto Trader for good price and excellent mileage. After numerous attempts to try to get me into a 2016 model and more expensive due to aparently a mistake with actual pricing of the vehicle, they folded and offered me the car for the advertised price and with ridiculous used car inspection fee. They were practically about to give me the keys when I was informed by the fit for a tantrum and vulgar finance manager that the banks were closed and the whole almost 4 hours I was there were for nothing and I had to come back the next day. I received a call from the Jun the internet manager next morning and informed me that all was for nothing and out of the sudden I had to pay a 3 thousand down payment. I refused as I did not have that amount to give and asked what suddenly changed overnight as I was already led to believe that we had a deal. They blamed the banks and it was gonne just like that. Aside for Robert W. and gray haired gentleman salesman I met in the lot, I have no recomendation for this dealership to nobody and wont be ever coming here again for my next purchase. More

Rob, the manager, came over and told me about financing options.. I would recommend Rose and Rob to anyone who wants a fair deal. More

A friend referred me here and told me good things about Robert Kreiman and Joseph Appleby. I was hesitant at first, but once I spoke to them in person I felt so at ease in purchasing my vehicle here. They treated me great. At no time did I feel pressured or taken advantage of. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and their customer service. THANKS!!! More

We drove in from Indiana to look at an SUV at this dealership. Rose couldn't believe we didn't 'call first' but we didn't see a reason to call first since we were looking at other vehicles in the area as well if this one didn't work out. First problem. We weren't allowed to test drive without Rose going with us & our test drive (two drivers) was approximately 15 minutes. We never got the car over 30mph. Second problem was in the 1 hour we were there, Rose brought up filling out a credit app 14 times ever though we had already told Rose, upon arrival that we had been approved by our credit union prior to the trip up. Third problem was Rose had no interest in letting us take the SUV to an independent mechanic for inspection. I was shocked by this. First we were told it's not common to let out of state people take the car away from the lot alone. Then we were told that we could if we would consent to a credit application. Then we were told that we could if we would leave a $500 deposit. Lastly we were told we could take the car to an independent mechanic if we would just leave our credit card number, and not have it be charged. Do people really consent to this stuff!? We said no way. In addition to all of that, the SUV was absolutely disgusting. According to Rose, someone was driving it. True statement as the SUV more than 1,000 miles than what was listed in the listing. We could of course get past that, but what we couldn't get past was how gross the car was. It was so bad, there was actually food IN THE CD PLAYER!!!! The shifting console was filled with food debris, the shifter was very sticky, the latch to open the center console was sticky and there were used tissue and napkins wadded up in there. There were stains all of the ceiling too. It was absolutely disgusting. I've been in cleaner taxi cabs. Needless to say, we left. Any dealership that puts up that large of a fight to get the car inspected before purchase clearly has a lot to hide. We went down the street to McGrath Audi, worked with Gene and found several options for us. We'll likely be firming a sale up with him soon! More
Lack of patience, I emailed about a vehicle. I was sent the stander automated email . On 1/28/15 I was sent an email from Victor with the subject "I have not heard from I emailed about a vehicle. I replied on 1/30/15. Said I was sorry for the slow slow response and explained my work schedule. I also took picture of my trade in and gave full detail. It's now been 10 day and have not gotten a reply back (Phone or Email). For someone with a tile of "Business Development Manager and Fixed Operations Director" there is a big lack of understanding what business development. If I treated my customers with this lack of patience I wouldn't have customers. More
